Sizing

The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you.

Colors

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colours might vary in pictures than actual product.

Other Details

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges since all our pieces are made to order.

In case of a quality defect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, by email to contact@rampclothing.in with your exchange request.

Please include your order number/order confirmation email, details of the piece you would like to exchange, photographs of the defect.

Please ensure that the garment, if returned, is unused, in its original packaging and has all the original tags.

Once we receive the email, we shall process a return of the garment. After receiving the garment, we shall check the condition it is received in. Please ensure that the garment is unworn and should not have any body odour or perfume scents.

Our team will review the garment, and the final rights to decide remain with RAMP. Once the damage is confirmed, the new piece will be processed and delivered to you in 14 business days.
